Instructions on how to use the Salonculinaire.com World wide databases of chefs.

You may view basic information as a "guest" by opening "Registered chefs directory" or "Certified Chefs directory" or if registered

- Open the database and click on the words ‘Sign In’ at the top right hand side of the page.
- You can then log in with you user username and password.


- There are two separate networking databases:

1. Certified Chefs:

This is a dedicated database network for chefs who have successfully completed the requirements to be a designated "certified chef". (National or International)

Certified chefs will have full access to the certified chef's database that includes as much details that the individual wishes to add to their networking records.

Certified chefs using their unique username and password may edit their personal online record except their certification details.

2. Registered Chefs:

This is the general database network of all chefs who wish to appear on the registered chefs network.

As from April 2010, entry will be limited to Salonculinaire.com subscribers / chefs who have a recognized commercial cookery qualification. The qualification must be from a recognized training provider, (National or International)

The basic listing is free, however users of the extended database facility may incur a small fee from 2011 as this may be necessary to cover the costs of an ever growing facility.

Subscribers at salonculinaire.com who have contributed to debates will be exempt from any fees.

Basic networking list : Name - City - Country Logo and Comment

Full Networking profile can include - Record Identifier - Last Updated - Photo - Family Name - Given Name - Mail Address - City - State - Postcode/Zip Country (If appropriate) Certificate Title - Certificate Number - Date Certified - Renewal Date - Current Work Place - Association Memberships - Qualifications - Industry Awards - Industry Experience - Professional Interests - Website - Profile - Contact details - email - Logo - Specialist area.
